Ordering Procedures

When you purchase from us, you first choose those products you wish to buy. After choosing the items, click on the buy button to place the merchandise in the shopping cart. Click on the continue shopping button if you want to add additional items to your shopping cart and you will be taken back to the site to view other items for prospective purchase. To finalize your purchase, click on check-out and thereafter you fill in your information so we know where the merchandise shall be delivered. From this point you must enter your choice payment with billing address and you are finished! The order is placed and you will see a confirmation on the screen. A receipt will also be sent automatically to you via e-mail.

Method of payment

Currently, we offer payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA and AMEX) or drop off payment and pick-up at our retail store in Dallas, Texas. You can also mail a check or money order with your order information. After the check has cleared the bank we will process your order.

Freight and shipping charges

Shipping is provided through the FedEx delivery service and the United States Postal Service. Most items purchased from Sadler and Carter Poker Supply are delivered within 3 to 4 working days to your destination. We also provide faster shipping at a higher cost if you require delivery sooner than 48 hours. Playing cards and smaller purchases are generally shipped using the USPS and larger chip case orders are shipped with FedEx Ground services. Your products are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order, assuming the products are in stock. If they are unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact via your e-mail address provided at check-out or a phone call to the number you provided at check-out.

Product Backorders

From time to time we run out of inventory on certain items. If any of the products you ordered happen to be out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail and give you the option to cancel the product that is out of stock or offer you the alternative to simply wait until we receive our next shipment. If you decide to wait, we might hold the remainder of the products on the order until these backorder items are in stock.

Return Policy

Sadler and Carter Poker Supply 7 Day Return Guarantee!


At SadlerandCarterPoker.com we want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products! Therefore, we'll accept returns from you within 7 days from our ship date.

On all returns we give a full refund less the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Follow these three steps:

  1. E-mail the customer service and tell them which products you would like to return. The customer service department will e-mail you a return confirmation.
  2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the e-mail sent to the customer service department as well as a copy of the return confirmation e-mail you receive.
  3. Send your purchase back to the address listed below by any method you wish. You are responsible for the cost of this shipping.
